Shipping + Returns FAQs
When will my order be shipped?
Orders received by 1pm PST (Monday – Friday) are typically shipped the same day. During large sale events, shipping times may be delayed. Tracking numbers are provided for all orders.
What if I need my package by a specific date?
The delivery times for shipping are estimates only. Delivery times are not guaranteed by USPS unless you select USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS Overnight or 2nd Day Air. Please keep in mind, these shipping times are guaranteed by the carrier and not by Lash Lift Society. Once we drop your package off with the carrier, we are not responsible for their delays.
How do I qualify for FREE shipping?
We offer free shipping on all orders over $99.
Returns
Any issue with your received order must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Any request for a refund must be requested within 5 days of package receipt and on a product that has been unopened and in resalable condition.
In order to be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be returned unopened/unused, in the same condition that you received it, and must also be in the original packaging. If the item was damaged during shipping, please notify Lash Lift Society within 5 days of confirmed delivery. Please provide photos of the packaging and the damaged product. Any notification after 5 days for any of the above mentioned situations will receive no action from Lash Lift Society.

Return Labels
Once you have contacted us regarding your return, we will email you a return label. If you are returning an item that is not damaged, the return fee will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item and if a refund will be issued. If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to show on your statement.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Lash Lift Society is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are in the possession of the postal carrier. Please check with your local carrier if you believe your package has been lost or stolen. Please note that refunds are not issued by Lash Lift Society for lost or stolen packages.
What do I do if my order says it's delivered but I did not receive it?
Unfortunately, we have no control over your package once it is shipped. If this happens, please contact your local post office and they can see the last location of your package via GPS.
