Shipping
When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11am PST are usually shipped the same day. Please allow up to 1 business day for processing. Orders placed after 11am, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day.

During large sale events, processing times may be slightly longer than usual. Every order includes a tracking number once it leaves our warehouse.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $149 (calculated after any discounts are applied).

What if I need my package by a specific date?

Standard delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If you need your order by a specific date, choose one of the following guaranteed carrier services at checkout:

  • USPS Priority Mail Express
  • UPS 2nd Day Air
  • UPS Overnight

These services are guaranteed by the carrier, not by Lash Lift Society. Once your package has been handed to the carrier, any delays are beyond our control.

My order says "delivered" but I didn't receive it.

Carriers sometimes mark packages as delivered a few hours before they actually arrive. Please wait 24 hours after the delivery scan before taking further action.

If the package still hasn't arrived, contact your local post office or carrier directly — they can usually locate it quickly using the tracking number.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

Lash Lift Society is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once they are in the possession of the carrier. If this happens, please contact your local carrier office directly — they are best placed to investigate.

To protect your order, consider selecting a shipping option that includes insurance or adding signature confirmation at checkout.
Order Changes
Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes — as long as your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel or modify it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order, as orders placed before 11am PST on business days can ship the same day.

Once an order has been handed to the carrier it cannot be cancelled or modified, and our standard return policy will apply.

Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

We want you to love your order. If there's an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can help. To qualify for a return or refund, items must be:

  • Unopened and unused
  • In resalable condition
  • In their original packaging

Requests submitted after 7 days of delivery will not be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund.

How do I start a return?

Contact us first — once we've confirmed your return is eligible, we'll email you a return shipping label. Send your items to:

If the return is not due to a damaged item or our error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items must be returned within 14 days of return approval to be eligible for a refund.

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of both the packaging and the damaged product. We'll make it right.

Requests submitted after 7 days unfortunately cannot be accepted.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll confirm whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
