Shipping policy

When Will My Order Ship?
Orders placed Monday–Friday before 11:00am PST are usually shipped the same business day. Please allow up to 1 business day for processing. Orders placed after 11:00am PST, on weekends, or on holidays will ship the next business day. During large sale events, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping transit times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Delivery estimates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Free Shipping
We offer free shipping on U.S. orders $149 and over before tax.

Tracking Information
Every order includes a tracking number once it leaves our warehouse. Tracking details will be sent via email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Delays & Responsibility
Once an order has shipped and a tracking number has been provided, Lash Lift Society is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, including weather-related or service-related delays. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier directly. We are always happy to assist where possible.
